اختبار فعالية بعض المبيدات الفطرية في مكافحة مرض البياض الدقيقي على الفريز المتسبب عن الفطر Mag.. Sphaerotheca macularis
Abstract
للتعرف على فاعلية بعض المبيدات الفطرية الجهازية في مكافحة مرض البياض الدقيقي على الفريز المتسبب عن الفطر Sphaerotheca macularis Mag.، تم اختبار أربعة مبيدات من مجموعات كيميائية مختلفة تحت ظروف الزراعة المحمية. أظهرت النتائج فعالية جيدة للمبيدين difenoconazol (سكور 25% مركز قابل للإستحلاب) وtrifloxystrobin (فلنت 50% حبيبات قابلة للتشتت)، حيث بلغت فعالية المبيدين لإصابة الأوراق بعد 21 يوماً من الرش (76.6 و78.2%) على التوالي، كما بلغت فعاليتهما لإصابة الثمار (72.0 و65.7 %) على التوالي، تلاهما المبيد triflumizole (تريفماين 30% مسحوق قابل لبلل) بفعالية بلغت (63.8 و63.2%) على التوالي لكل من إصابة الأوراق والثمار، وتبين أن المبيد carbendazim(السا 50% مسحوق قابل للبلل) غير فعال في مكافحة مرض البياض الدقيقي على الفريز حيث لم تتجاوز فعاليته (22.0 و21.8) على التوالي لكل من إصابة الأوراق والثمار.
In order to evaluate the effect of some systemic fungicides to control strawberry powdery mildew disease (Sphaerotheca macularis) in greenhouses, four fungicides from different groups were tested. The results showed the Excellent efficacy of difenoconazol (Score 25% EC) and trifloxystrobin (Flint 50% WG) atfter 21 days for leaves infection with 76.6 and 78.2 % respectively for tow fungicides, and 72.0, 65.7% for fruits infection. Next came triflumizole (Trifmine 30% WP) with 63.8 and 63.2% respectively for leaves and fruits infection. While carbendazim (Elsa 50% WP) was inactive with 22.0 and 21.8 % respectively for leaves and fruits infection.
