تأثير فيروس واي البطاطا المحمول في درنات بعض أصناف البطاطا في إنتاجيتها وفي نسب انتقاله في درناتها
Abstract
أظهرت دراسة تأثير فيروس واي البطاطا المحمول في درنات أصناف البطاطا بينيلا وسبونتا وبورين (عدوى ثانوية) في إنتاجيتها وفي نسب انتقاله إلى درناتها النتائج التالية:
- أثرت سلباً المعاملات المختلفة للعدوى الثانوية بالفيروس وبفروق معنوية في القطعة التجريبية الواحدة في عدد الدرنات, وزن الدرنات, عدد الدرنات الكبيرة >40 مم, حجم أكبر درنة, وزن أكبر درنة.
- لم تؤثر المعاملات المختلفة للعدوى الثانوية بالفيروس في وزن الدرنة الواحدة، حجم أصغر درنة، وزن
أصغر درنة. - اختلاف نسبة الدرنات الحاملة للفيروس باختلاف المعاملات والأصناف المدروسة.
The effect of PVY borne in seeds of potato varieties: Penilla, Spunta,and Burien on its yield and PVY. Tuber transmission showed that the deferent treatments of secondary infection by PVY has:
- A negative effect with significant differences on the number of tubers, tubers weight, number of tubes > 40 mm, diameter of largest tuber, and the weight of largest tuber.
- No effect on the tuber weight, diameter of smallest tuber, and the weight of
smallest tuber. - Variation among rates of PVY seed transmission according to variation of treatments and potato varieties.
