تأثير بعض المعاملات الزراعية في الصفات الإنتاجية والتصنيعية لصنفين من الشوندر السكري( Beta vulgaris L.) في المنطقة الوسطى من سورية(حماه)
Abstract
نُفذ البحث في مركز البحوث العلمية الزراعية في حماة خلال الموسمين الزراعيين 2010/2011 بهدف تقويم تأثير التسميد الآزوتي في بعض الصفات الإنتاجية والتكنولوجية للشوندر السكري وحيد الجنين( الصنف سيمبر)، ومتعدد الأجنة ( الصنفHM10 ). أظهرت النتائج تأثير التسميد الآزوتي في الصفات الإنتاجية والتكنولوجية للشوندر السكري، حيث أدّت إضافته حتى المستوى 250 N كغ.هكتار¹ إلى الحصول على أعلى غلة من الجذور وأعلى غلة من مردود السكر الفعلي (102.88 ،12.15) طن .هكتار¹ ولكنها أثرت سلباً في كلٍ من نسبة السكر في الجذور، واستقطاب العصير ونقاوته (14.68%،15.95%،80.45%) على التوالي. كما تفوق الصنف سيمبر (وحيد الجنين) معنوياً على الصنف HM10 ( متعدد الأجنة) في الإنتاجية الجذرية, و نسبة المادة الجافة في العصير (البريكس), ونسبة السكر في الجذور واستقطاب العصير. وبّينت النتائج أيضاً تفوق الموعد 1/11 في الإنتاجية الجذرية، والبريكس, واستقطاب العصير، وكمية السكر النظرية والفعلية معنوياً على الموعدين 1/10 و 15/10. وبشكل عام أعطى الصنف سيمبر (وحيد الجنين) أفضل القيم عند الزراعة في الموعد 1/11 وتسميده بمعدل 200ـ250N كغ.هكتار¹.
The research was carried out at Agricultural Scientific Research Center of Hama in tow season 2010/2011. Aiming to evaluate the effect of nitrogen fertilization and planting date on some Productive and Technological characters of sugar beet Mono germ(Simper cultivar) and Multi germ (HM10 cultivar). Results showed an effect of fertilization on productive and technological characters of sugar beet. Increasing the rate of nitrogen fertilizer to 250kg N.ha¹ caused a significant increase in root yield and actual sugar yield (12.88 , 12.15 ton . ha¹) respectively, but it badly affected the sugar content in the roots, juice polarity and juice purity (14.68, 15.95, 80.45%) respectively. Mono germ Simper was found significantly superior compared to Multi germ HM10 in root yield, Brix, root sugar content and juice polarity. Results showed that planting date 1/11 was found significantly superior compared to dates 1/10, 15/10 for root yield, Brix, juice purity, actual sugar yield. In conclusion, Simper (Mono germ) was suitable in planting date 1/11 at nitrogen level of (200-250kg N.ha¹).
