دراسة تأثير الكثافة النباتية وموعد الزراعة على محتوى بذور بعض أصناف فول الصويا من الزيت والبروتين في ظروف الساحل السوري

Abstract

نفذ البحث في مزرعة بوقا التابعة لكلية الزراعة في جامعة تشرين في الموسمين الزراعيين 2006 و2007 على أصناف فول الصويا  Sb-273 ، Sb-314، Sb-44 في موعدين: رئيسي 10 أيار وتكثيفي 15 حزيران باستخدام كثافتين نباتيتين 200 و 400 ألف نبات/هـ.  وأشارت النتائج إلى ما يلي:

1) لوحظ فرق معنوي بين الأصناف المدروسة في محتوى بذورها من البروتين وكانت أعلى نسبة بروتين في بذور الصنف Sb-314 (34.45%) في مختلف معاملات التجربة، أما بالنسبة لمحتوى البذور من الزيت فقد حقق الصنف  Sb-44أعلى نسبة مقارنة ببقية الأصناف (22.63%).

2) عدم وجود تأثير معنوي للكثافة النباتية المدروسة على محتوى البذور من الزيت والبروتين.

3) كان لموعد الزراعة تأثير معنوي في النسبة المئوية لكل من الزيت والبروتين حيث ارتفعت النسبة المئوية للزيت في الموعد الرئيسي في حين انخفضت نسبة البروتين في الموعد المذكور.

This research was conducted on Bouka Farm affiliated with the Faculty of Agriculture at Tishreen University during 2007 and 2008 growing seasons on soybean varieties; Sb-373, Sb-314, Sb-44, using two plant densities: 200 and 400 thousand plants/Hectare, and two planting dates: the main date:  10th of May, and the intensive date: 15th of June.

The Results showed the following:

1)                           Studied varieties have shown significant differences in their seed content of protein and oil; seeds of variety Sb-314 have the highest protein ratio (34.45%),  while the highest oil ratio (22.63%) was recorded in seeds of variety Sb-44.

2)                           Studied plant densities have no significant effect on seed content of oil and protein.

3)                           Planting date showed a significant effect on the protein and oil ratios in the seeds.  Oil ratio increased and protein ratio decreased on the main planting date.
