تراكم العناصر الثقيلة النزرة في بعض أنواع القاعيات الحيوانية في شاطئ المحطة الحرارية في بانياس
Abstract
جرى في البحث الحالي دراسة تراكم العناصر (Cd, Pb, Cr, Cu, Zn) في خمسة أنواع من القاعيات الحيوانية, التي جمعت من شاطئ المحطة الحرارية في بانياس, وهي: Pinctada radiata, Brachidonta variabilis , Patella caerulea, Monodonta turbinata, Eriphia verrucosa. دلت نتائج المعالجة الإحصائية وجود تراكم للعناصر في كافة الأحياء المدروسة, اختلفت باختلاف النوع, وزمن الإعتيان, وموقعه, إذ يمكن اعتبار جميع الأنواع المدروسة مؤشرات حيوية للتلوث بـ (Cd, Pb), إذ تراوحت حدودهما العليا على التوالي مابين(.w.wg/µg 4.8-2.43, 2.16-1.05), واعتبار النوع Pinctada radiata مؤشرا"حيويا" للتوتياء الذي وصل حده الأعلى(.w.wg/µg 875), والنوع Brachidonta variabilis مؤشرا"حيويا"للتلوث بالنحاس الذي وصل حده الأعلى إلى(.w.wg/µg 23.15), والنوعين Patella caerulea, Monodonta turbinata مؤشرين حيويين للتلوث بالكروم, قيمتها العليا على التتالي(.w.wg/µg 4.6 و7.46).كما بينت الدراسة وجود علاقات ارتباط متباينة بين العناصر المدروسة, وأقواها وجدت بين النحاس والتوتياء عند النوع Patella caerulea.
We have studied the accumulation of elements (Cd, Pb, Cr, Cu, Zn) in five different Zoo benthic species collected from Banias Littoral Thermal station. These species are: Pinctada radiata, Brachidonta variabilis, Patella caerulea, Monodonta turbinate and Eriphia verrucosa. Statistic results indicate a heavy metals accumulation in all organisms, and the differences were due to species difference and time and place of sampling. We can consider all studied species as indicators of pollution (Cd, Pb) and maximum limits between (Pb:2.43-4.80, Cd:1.05-2.16 µg/g.w.w). We can consider Pinctada radiata as bio indicators for Zinc whose limits reach to (875 µg/g.w.w) and Brachidonta variabilis bio indicators of pollution in Cooper (maximum limits 23.15µg/g.w.w). The two species: Patella caerulea and Monodonta turbinata are bio indicators for pollution in Chromium, its maximum value (4.60µg/g, 7.46µg/g.w.w). This study showed different types of correlation between elements, and the highest was between Cu and Zn in species Patella caerulea.
