دور حمض الجبرليك في إنبات بذور الخوخ الشائك Prunus spinosa L. وبذورخوخ الدب Prunus ursina L.
Abstract
تمت زراعة بذور ونوى الثمار التي تم جمعها من المواقع (كسب,الحفة ) على وسط آجار0.7% في الظلام في درجات الحرارة 10مْ،بينت النتائج عدم تأثير حمض الجبرليك في إنبات نوى النوعين المدروسين بجميع التراكيزالمستخدمة، بينما أدى كسر الغلاف الخشبي والمعاملة بحمض الجبرليك إلى إنبات البذور،حيث كانت أفضل نسب إنبات لبذور الخوخ الشائك 72%عند المعاملة بالتركيز 6000 ppm ،و60% عند المعاملة بالتركيز 4000 ppm ،ولبذور خوخ الدب 64% عند المعاملة بالتركيز 6000 ppm .
أدت المعاملة لمدة ساعة بجميع التراكيز المستخدمة من حمض الجبرليك إلى تشوه في أجزاء البذرة (جذير، فلقات ) لكلا النوعين.
The seeds of ripe fruits which were collected from Kassab and Alhaffa have been germinated on Agar-medium 0.7% in dark at 10 Cº. The results showed that the different concentrations of GA3 did not have any effect on the germination of coated seeds of two species, while the treatment of discoated seeds with GA3 improved the germination which gave the higher percentage at 6000 ppm concentration (72%), whereas 60% of seeds were germinated at 4000 ppm (P.spinosa L.), and 64% of (P.ursina L.) were germinated at 6000 ppm of GA3 concentration. The treatment with GA3 for 1 hour resulted in deformation of seedlings of both species.
