البحث في عدوى المكورات العنقودية عند الدواجن وأسس الوقاية والسيطرة عليها ( آ )
Abstract
قسم البحث إلى جزأين بحيث نفذ في الجزء الأول(آ) عمليات العزل والتصنيف وفي الجزء الثاني(ب) نفذت اختبارات التحسس وكيفية السيطرة على العدوى بتطبيق المعالجة استنادا على نتائج تلك الاختبارات.
تم الحصول على (119) عزلة للمكورات العنقودية من إصابات جرحيِّه ومن أعضاء لطيور نافقة ومن هواء وبيئة حظائر مداجن تنتشر في الساحل السوري، توزعت أنواع المكورات العنقودية المعزولة كما يأتي: (70) عزلة من S. aureus وبنسبة 58,88% و(19) عزلة من S. epidermidis وبنسبة 15,96% و(8) عزلات من intermedius S. وبنسبة 6,72% و(12) عزلة من S. lentusوبنسبة 10% ، و(8) عزلات من xylosus S. بنسبة 6,72%، و(2) عزلة من S. capitis بنسبة 1,68% ، وقد ارتبط انتشار الإصابة السريرية في قطعان الطيور بزيادة تعداد المكورات العنقودية في هواء الحظائر التي أجريت عليها الدراسة.
The research is divided in two parts. In the first part , performed the isolation and classification of staphylococcus were carried out.In the second part , we tested the susceptibility of used antibiotics against bacterial isolates and role of application of tested antibiotics to achieving the clinical healing. 119 isolates of staphylococcus were obtained from injured poultry wounds , from died birds organs and from poultry farms environment located in The Syrian Coast. The staphylococcus sorts distributed as following : 70 Isolates were S.aureus,19 S.epidermides,8 S.intermedius,12 S.lentus,8 S.xylosus,2 S.capitis, with proportion 58,88%,15,96%,6,72%,10%,6,72%,1,68% respectively. The distribution of clinical infection of birds flocks related with number increasing of Staphylococcus in studied poultry farms air.
