التنوع الحيوي للقراصيات وشوكيات الجلد والأسماك المرافقة لها في منطقتي برج إسلام والبسيط (شمال اللاذقية)
Abstract
يعالج البحث دراسة التنوع الحيوي لتجمعات القراصيات وشوكيات الجلد والأسماك المرافقة لها في منطقتين من الساحل السوري هما برج إسلام والبسيط، نفذت الدراسة خلال الفترة الممتدة مابين )حزيران2007- أيار (2008. جمعت العينات الأحيائية من المنطقتين الشاطئية وتحت الشاطئية حتى عمق 90 م عن طريق الغطس أحياناً وبوساطة الشباك، وتم حساب الكتلة الأحيائية والغزارة لأنواع القراصيات وشوكيات الجلد. لقد سجل وجود (11) نوعاً من القراصيات و(17) نوعاً من شوكيات الجلد و(21) نوعاً من الأسماك في منطقتي الدراسة. العديد من هذه الأنواع نادر أو مدرج على قائمة الأنواع المهددة بالانقراض، تضيف الدراسة إلى قائمة الأنواع المسجلة سابقاً في المياه البحرية السورية 7 أنواع من القراصيات و 8أنواع من شوكيات الجلد ونوعاً من الأسماك في منطقة برج إسلام يسجل وجودها لأول مرة في سورية. تميزت المنطقتان بانتشار واسع لتجمعات المرجان Dendrophyllia cornigera التي تعدّ من المواطن المناسبة التي تلجأ إليها أنواع سمكية هامة، وتميزت منطقة برج إسلام بسيطرة الهيدريات على عمق 25-10 م.
This research was carried out during the period June 2007 – May 2008 to study the biodiversity of Cnidaria, Echinodermata and the associated fish fauna at two regions (Burj Islam and Al-Basseet) of the Syrian coast. Samples were collected using nets, from the littoral and sublittoral regions and diving down to 90 m depth. Eleven species of Cnidaria, 17 of Echinodermata and 21 of Fish were recorded; most of these species are rare or listed in the international threatened species list.
The present study adds 7 species of Cnidaria, 8 species of Echinodermata and one species of fish to the check-list of species in the Syrian marine waters. The two regions were widely inhabited by Dendrophyllia cornigera which is known as a good habitat for fish species. Burj Islam is dominated by Hydrozoa at 10-25 m water depth.
