تقصي انتشار فيروسي موزاييك الخيار وموزاييك الفصة على الأعشاب المنتشرة في حقول الباذنجانيات في الساحل السوري
Abstract
بهدف التقصي عن انتشار فيروسي موزاييك الخيار وموزاييك الفصة على الأعشاب المنتشرة في حقول الباذنجانيات في المنطقة الساحلية, تم القيام بجولات حقلية في حقول البندورة والفليفلة والبطاطا والباذنجان وفي البيوت المحمية وجوارها خلال الموسمين الزراعيين 2009 – 2010 و 2010- 2011. أظهرت نتائج اختبار بصمة النسيج النباتي المناعي TBIA على العينات التي تم جمعها والمختبرة باستخدام الأمصال المضادة لفيروسي موزاييك الخيار وموزاييك الفصة انتشار كلا الفيروسين على أنواع مختلفة من الأعشاب, وكانت أعلى نسبة إصابة بفيروسي موزاييك الخيار وموزاييك الفصة على الأعشاب التي جمعت من الحقول المفتوحة (36.77% في نبات عنب الذئب
و 33.33% في نبات علك الغزال على التوالي), في حين كانت 17.03% في نبات الجريسة و10.69% في نبات عنب الذئب على التوالي بالنسبة للعينات التي جمعت من البيوت المحمية, ويُعَد هذا التسجيل الأول لفيروس موزاييك الخيار على 12 نوعا" بريا" وفيروس موزاييك الفصة على 13 نوعا بريا" في سورية.
A survey of cucumber mosaic virus and alfalfa mosaic virus in weeds spread in solanaceous fields in Syrian coastal region including open fields of tomato, pepper, potato, and eggplant and in greenhouses was carried out during 2009 – 2010 and 2010 – 2011 growing seasons.serological test (TBIA) of 3448 collected samples against cucumber mosaic and alfalfa mosaic viruses has shown the spread of both viruses in different tested weeds, and the highest percentage of infection by cucumber mosaic and alfalfa mosaic viruses were in weeds collected from open fields were 36.77% in solanum nigrum and 33.33% in Sonchus oleraceus respectively, while it was 17.03% in physalis floridana and 10,69% in solanum nigrum respectively, in weeds collected from greenhouses. This is the first report for detecting CMV in 12 wild weeds and AMV in 13 wild weeds in Syria.
