دراسة تأثير إضافة الفوسفوجبسيوم في بعض المجاميع الميكروبية وبعض الخصائص الفيزيائية والكيميائية لتربة طينية

Abstract

يهدف البحث الحالي إلى دراسة تأثير إضافة مستويات مختلفة من الفوسفوجبسيوم(PG) في بعض المجاميع الميكروبية (بكتريا, فطريات, أكتينومايسيت, بكتريا مثبتة للآزوت الجوي) وبعض الخصائص الفيزيائية والكيميائية لتربة طينية في محافظة اللاذقية.

تضمنت التجربة أربع معاملات للفوسفوجبسيوم بمعدل 5 مكررات لكلّ معاملة كانت كالآتي: شاهد(0%PG)، (2%PG), (4%PG), (6%PG) من وزن التربة.

بينت نتائج البحث أن إضافة الفوسفوجبسيوم أدت إلى زيادة الناقلية الكهربائية وانخفاض درجةpH  التربة المدروسة, بالإضافة إلى وجود علاقة ارتباط بين الناقلية الكهربائية ودرجة pH التربة, ونسب الإضافة من الفوسفوجبسيوم.

كما أدت إضافة الفوسفوجيبسيوم إلى زيادة محتوى التربة من العناصر الغذائية (الحديد, الفوسفور, المنغنيز), وانخفاض محتواها من المادة العضوية نتيجة زيادة تحللها بفعل زيادة نشاط الأحياء الدقيقة مع زيادة نسبة الإضافة.

فضلاً عن انخفاض التعداد العام للبكتريا وزيادة أعداد الفطريات مع زيادة نسبة الإضافة من الفوسفوجبسيوم, وزيادة نشاط البكتريا المثبتة للآزوت الجوي خصوصاً عند التركيز(%PG2).

This study aimed at evaluating the effect of different addition levels of phosphogypsum(PG) on some microbial groups (bacteria, fungi, actinomycetes, and nitrogen fixingbacteria) and on the physical and chemical characteristics of muddy soil in Lattakia. Three levels of PG (2%, 4%, and 6%) were used in addition to a control (0% PG).

The results showed that the addition ofphosphogypsum caused an increase inEC and a decrease inpH in the studied soil.Agood correlation between the levels ofphosphogypsum and the content of iron, phosphor, and manganese in the soil was noted.

Our results also showed that the addition of phosphogypsum reduced the content of organic matter in the soil which could be explained by the increase of a micro-organism activity.A decrease of the total number of bacteria, and an increase of fungi were also noted. The activity of nitrogen fixing bacteria increased especially at 2% PG.
