واقع المكننة الزراعية في محافظة اللاذقية وسبل تطويرها
Abstract
تعتبر المكننة الزراعية من أهم الركائز التي تعتمد عليها خطط التنمية الزراعية المستقبلية، حيث أنه لا يمكن أن يكون هناك زراعة متطورة وبوتائر عالية دون الاعتماد أساسا على الآلات الزراعية.
من هنا تبرز أهمية دراسة واقع المكننة الزراعية في محافظة اللاذقية والذي اعتمد في دراستها على البيانات الإحصائية المتوفرة في مديرية الزراعة (قسم الإحصاء) وعلى الجولات الميدانية المتعددة لمناطق أخذت كعينات لجمع البيانات الميدانية. ومن خلال المعلومات الإحصائية والبيانات الميدانية المتوفرة جرى حساب أعداد الجرارات والآلات الزراعية اللازمة للمحافظة خلال عام 1999، وقد خلص البحث إلى أن معظم الحيازات الزراعية في المحافظة (حوالي 80%) مساحتها أقل من 1.5 هـ، وهذا يتطلب جرارات وآلات زراعية صالحة للعمل ضمن هذه الحيازات.
ووجد أيضا بأن هناك نقصاً في أعداد الجرارات اللازمة للمحافظة ويقدر النقص بـ 241 جراراً من فئة 27 ح وما دون، و192 جرارا من فئة 28-50ح. ولكن هناك زيادة في أعداد الجرارات ذات الاستطاعة أكثر من 50ح. كما أن هناك نقصاً كبيراً في أغلب الآلات الزراعية (161 محراث مطرحي، 267 محراث حفار، 2696 عزاقة، 3676 آلات نثر سماد معدني و56 آلة تشتيل …الخ).
Agricultural mechanization is the leading factor for any future agricultural development plan, necessary for advanced Agriculture. This enhance the importance of studying the agricultural mechanization in Lattakia province. Data were obtained from the Directorate of Agriculture (statistics department) and from field trips to many study areas.
The number of Tractors and agricultural machines needed for Lattakia province in 1999 were estimated, and this study indicates that:Most of owned agricultural areas in Lattakia province (about 80%) is less than 1.5 hectares in size, and therefor a special and suitable tractors and agricultural machines are required to be used in such areas.
There is a shortage in the number of tractors needed, and the estimation of this shortage is; 241 tractors of capacity £ 27 horse power and 192 capacity 28-50 horse power.
There is an extra in the number of tractors of capacity over 50 horse power. There is a shortage in the number of the most of agricultural machines (161 mouldboard ploughs, 267 chisel plough 2696 cultivators 3676 fertilizer distributors and 56 planting machines.
