توصيف وتصنيف طرز ظاهرية مختلفة من الزيتون المزروع Olea europaea L. والزيتون البري O. sylvestris Mill باستخدام القياسات الحيوية
Abstract
توصيف وتصنيف 16 طرازاً ظاهرياً(Morphotypes) من الزيتون المزروع والبري، في مناطق مختلفة من محافظتي طرطوس واللاذقية, بعمر اكثر من 300 سنة أنجز باستخدام القياسات الحيوية على الثمار والنوى. بعد التحليل الإحصائي للصفات الكمية، والنوعية وتحديد درجة القرابة الظاهرية وضعت هذه الطرز في 9 مجموعات صغيرة.
لقد تبين من الدراسة بأن الظروف البيئية لم تؤثر بشكل إيجابي على درجة القرابة بين الطرز التي توجد في بيئة واحدة أو بيئتين مختلفتين. من المحتمل أن يكون للعامل الوراثي أثر كبير في درجة القرابة .
إن الدراسة الوراثية ستعطي الجواب الصحيح على هذه الفرضية وتحديد الطرز الوراثية .
La caractérisation et la classification des 16 morphotypes, ages de plus de 300 ans, d’olivier cultive et sauvage qui appartient a différentes régions de Tartous, Lattaquié, sont réalisées a partir d’étude biométrique sur les fruits et les noyaux. Après l’analyse statistique des caractères qualitatifs et quantitatifs, et la détermination de degre’de phylomorphologie, les 16 morphotypes sont classes en 9 petits groupes.
L’étude a montre que les facteurs écologiques n'affectent pas, positivement, le degré de phylomorphologie entre les morphotypes, mais il est possible que le facteur génétique détermine le degré de phylomorphologie. L’étude génétique de ces morphotypes donnera la bonne réponse et déterminera les génotypes.
