تأيثر استخدام التطبيقات الالكترونية في عمل المرافئ السورية دراسة ميدانية مرفأ اللاذقية

Abstract

هدف البحث إلى التعرف على أثر التطبيقات الالكترونية في عمل المرافئ السورية في ظل الظروف الراهنة لمرفأ اللاذقية وذلك كما يتصورها العاملون في مرفأ اللاذقية ليتم إرسال البيانات إلكترونيا دون تدخل بشري .

اعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي حيث تم استخدام استبانة في جمع البيانات وزعت على 48 موظفاً في مرفأ اللاذقية في عام 2016. ومن أهم النتائج التي توصل إليها البحث:

-تتوفر في مرفأ اللاذقية بيئة جيدة لاستخدام التطبيقات الالكترونية

-تتوفر في مرفأ اللاذقية إمكانية لتطبيق أسلوب ارسال البيانات الكترونياً .

-هناك إمكانية لتطبيق نظم ملاحة السفن في مرفأ اللاذقية

وفي ضوء نتائج البحث قدم الباحثون جملة من التوصيات التي يمكن أن تسهم في تحسين عمل المرفأ في حال تطبيقها .

The research aims to recognize the impact of electronic applications in the work of the   Syrian Port during the current circumstances and that is as the actual workers  in Lattakia  Port envision it which is to send electronically data without human interference

 

The researchers depended on the Descriptive, analytic method, and they used a questionnaire for 48 workers in Lattakia  Port Since 2016.

The most important finding of the researchers  are:

-There is a good environment for using electronic application.

-There is a possibility to apply a manner of sending electronic data between computers.

-There is a possibility to apply the navigation system in Lattakia Port.

In light of the results, the researchers suggested some recommendations which can contribute in improving the port's work, if applied.
