الهيمنة الأمريكية على سياسة البنك الدولي وأثرها على الدول النامية

Abstract

The World Bank Represents, the largest multilateral source of financing projects and securing necessary for development operations requirements, but the facts show that the World Bank is a tool of the US administration and a branch of the finances, use and direction in the interests of the service outright, the basis of this fact, study focused on highlighting and to clarify aspects of the American hegemony on the World Bank's decisions and policies on the one hand, and analyze the impact of the Bank's policies with the liberal character of the developing, and Arab countries, those implemented structural adjustment programs under the conditions imposed.

يمثل البنك الدولي، أكبر مصدر متعدد الأطراف لتمويل المشاريع وتأمين المتطلبات الضرورية لخدمة عمليات التنمية، ولكن الوقائع أظهرت أنَّ البنك الدولي هو أداة بيد الإدارة الأميركية ، تستخدمه وتوجهه في خدمة مصالحها بشكلٍ كبير، وانطلاقاً من هذه الحقيقة، وبناءً على ذلك، ركزت الدراسة على إبراز وتوضيح جوانب الهيمنة الأميركية على قرارات البنك الدولي وسياساته من جهة، وتحليل أثر سياسات البنك ذات الطابع الليبرالي على الدول النامية والعربية منها، والتي طبقت برامج التكييف الهيكلي ضمن الشروط المفروضة، بالإضافة إلى توضيح المنهجية التي تعتمدها الأنظمة الرأسمالية في السيطرة على الدول النامية من خلال المؤسسات الدولية وفي مقدمتها البنك الدولي.
