تقييم واقع التخطيط لإدارة الأزمة في القطاع الصحي (دراسة ميدانية على المستشفيات الحكومية في محافظة اللاذقية)

Abstract

هدف البحث إلى تقييم واقع التخطيط لإدارة الأزمة في المستشفيات الحكومية العاملة في محافظة اللاذقية، حيث قام الباحث بتوزيع استبانة على عينة من العاملين في المستشفيات بلغت (130) استبانة، تم استرداد (119) استبانة منها، كان صالحاً منها للتحليل(107) استبانة. ولتقييم مستوى التخطيط قام الباحث باستخدام اختبار T ستيودنت لعينة واحدة.

توصل البحث من خلال الدراسة إلى أن هناك انخفاض في مستوى التخطيط لإدارة الأزمة في المستشفيات محل الدراسة، إضافة إلى عدم وجود آليات اتصال فعالة بين المستويات الإدارية المختلفة.

وخلص البحث إلى مجموعة من التوصيات والمقترحات كان من أهمها ضرورة زيادة الاهتمام  بالتخطيط الاستراتيجي طويل المدى، واعتماد نظام إنذار مناسب لاكتشاف مؤشرات الأزمة قبل حدوثها.

The research aimed toevaluate the reality of crisis management planning in government hospitals operating in Lattakia Governorate, where the researcher distributed a questionnaire to a sample of  employees in hospitals (130), was recovered(119) them, it was valid for analysis (107) questionnaire. To evaluate the level of planning, the researcher used the Student T test for one sample.

The study found that there is a decrease in the level of crisis management planning in the hospitals under study, in addition to the absence of effective communication mechanisms between the different administrative levels.

The study concluded to a set of recommendations and proposals especially to increase interest in long-term strategic planning and adoption an appropriate alarms system to detect crisis indicators before to occur.
