تكنولوجيا المعلومات ودورها في تطوير إجراءات إدارة الموارد البشرية في المصارف السورية
Abstract
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى دراسة واقع استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات في المصارف السورية ومدى توظيف هذه التكنولوجيا والاستفادة منها في إدارة الموارد البشرية وكذلك معرفة أهم المعوقات التي تواجه استخدام هذه التكنولوجيا وصولاً إلى تقديم بعض المقترحات والتوصيات، ولأجل تحقيق هذا الهدف تم اختيار عينة عنقودية طبقية من العاملين في هذه المصارف بحجم 191 عامل وأُجريت عليها التحليلات الإحصائية اللازمة لتتوصل الدراسة إلى النتائج الآتية:
1- هناك استخدام متوسط لتكنولوجيا المعلومات في المصارف السورية وتوظيف متوسط الدرجة أيضاً لهذه التكنولوجيا في تطوير إجراءات إدارة الموارد البشرية العاملة في هذه المصارف، مع وجود بعض المعوقات التي تحد من استخدام هذه التكنولوجيا.
2- عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في درجة توظيف تكنولوجيا المعلومات في تطوير إجراءات إدارة الموارد البشرية تُعزى إلى كل من الجنس والحالة الاجتماعية والعمر والمؤهل التعليمي والمسمى الوظيفي والخبرة.
This study aims to investigate the status of using information technology at the work of Syrian banks and the extent of recruitment and use of these technologies to develop the procedures of human resource management; it also aims to know the impediments of using this information technology as well as introducing a number of recommendations and proposals
The sample of the study is stratified cluster and it consists of (191) officials.
At the end, this study reaches the following conclusions:
1-There is a middling use of information technology in Syrian banks and also middling employment for this technology in the development of human resource management procedures at these banks, and there are some impediments of using this technology.
2-There are no significant differences in the employment for the information technologies in the development of human resource management procedures due to gender, marital status, age, education, functional name, and expertise
