تأثير الإنترنت على القيم الثقافية الفردية المرتبطة بالأداء الوظيفي دراسة تطبيقية على موظفي المصارف العامة في طرطوس
Abstract
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة أثر الإنترنت كأحد أدوات العولمة على القيم الثقافية الفردية المرتبطة بمستوى الأداء الفردي لدى العاملين في المصارف العامة بطرطوس ،والبالغ عددهم (647) عاملاً، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف اختير عينة عشوائية بسيطة من العاملين في هذه المصارف بنسبة (40%) من مجتمع الدراسة ،وأُجريت عليها التحليلات الإحصائية اللازمة لتتوصل الدراسة إلى النتائج الآتية:
1- وجود أثر دالّ إحصائياً للقيم الثقافية الفردية على مستوى الأداء الوظيفي عند مستوى دلالة 0,05.
2- عــــدم وجـــود علاقـة ذات دلالــــــة إحصائيـــة بين القيم الثقافيـــة الفرديــة للأفراد المبحوثيـــن ،وعـدد ساعــــات دخولهم إلى الإنترنت شهرياً.
3 - عدم وجـود فروق ذات دلالـة إحصائيـة في وجود أثر لاستخدام الإنترنت في القـيــم الثقافيــة الفرديــة المرتبطة بالأداء الوظيفي من وجهة نظر الأفراد أنفسهم تُعزى إلى كـــلّ من الجنس والمؤهل العلمي والحالة الاجتماعية.
4- وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في وجود أثـر لاستـخدام الإنترنـت فـي القيم الثقافيـة الفرديـــة المرتبطة بالأداء الوظيفي من وجهة نظر الأفراد أنفسهم تُعزى إلى العمر.
This study aims at finding out the effect of internet as one of globalization's devices on individual cultural values that related to individual performance of workers in public banks in Tartous. The study consisted of (647) officials and, as a touchstone, a simple sample of about (40%) of those workers has been randomly choosen from the study and the required analytical statitics have been conducted and, as a result, the study comes up with the followings:
1. There is a significant statistical significant effect of individual cultural values at the level of individual performance of job about .
2- There is not a statistical significant effect of the period of connecting with internet on individual cultural values.
3- There were no significant differences in the effect of internet from the perspective of the worker due to each of gender, education, marital status.
4- There were significant differences in the effect of internet from the perspective of the worker due to age.
