فخ المديونية كأحد أساليب جماعات الضغط الاقتصادي الدولي

Abstract

توجد على الساحة الدولية العديد من الجماعات الاقتصادية الدولية التي أصبحت تستخدم القروض لتوقع البلدان النامية في شرك المديونية عبر آلية الاستدانة التي تبدأ عادةً دون شروط مسبقة من قبل تلك الجماعات, لكن التراكم وارتفاع خدمة الديون يوقع الدول المدينة في دورة من السداد للفوائد المترتبة, ثم المطالبة بمزيد من القروض, وعند العجز يأتي السعي لإعادة جدولة الديون عبر الرضوخ لشروط مجحفة من قبل هذه الجماعات ومؤسساتها المالية, وذلك في سلسلة لا تنتهي والمحصلة النهائية استغلال القرار السياسي الذي أصبح مرهوناً للدول المسيطرة على هذه الجماعات.

وفي هذا البحث قمنا بدراسة مدلولات وأبعاد مفهوم جماعات الضغط الاقتصادي الدولي هذه مبينين كيف تقع الدول النامية بفخ المديونية في العلاقات الاقتصادية الدولية.

The international economic groups have stared using loans as a trap into which developing countries fall. The mechanism of credit usually begins without preconditions. But rising and accumulating debts entrap indebted countries in the circuit of payment interests. This, in turn, requires more loans, and when indebted countries fall short of payment they seek to reschedule their debts under harsh terms imposed by international pressure groups and their financial establishments. Indebted countries are then subjected to political exploitation.

This paper studies the dimensions and meanings of the concept of pressure groups, explaining how developing countries fall into the indebtedness trap of international economic relations.
