Abstract

أحدثت تقانة المعلومات ثورةً حقيقيةً في مختلف جوانب الحياة فغيرت الكثير من المفاهيم التي سادت لعقود من الزمن , فعلى سبيل المثال لم تعد المواد الخام عماد الاقتصاد, بل المعلومات و التقانة،وبات الاستثمار في مجال التقانة من أهم الاستثمارات المولدة للدخل والمحققة للنمو الاقتصادي, وهذا ما تفتقر إليه معظم الدول النامية بما فيها سورية .

وقد حاولنا من خلال هذا البحث بيان أهمية الاستثمار في الموارد البشرية,وواقع تقانة المعلومات في سورية ووجدنا أنها أحرزت بعض التقدم في عدد من المجالات الحيوية مثل التعليم ما قبل الجامعي,

لكنه ما يزال دون الطموح .

The revolution of Information Technology (IT) has made a real revolution in the various aspects of life and changed many concepts that had prevailed for centuries.

To mention but a few, the raw materials is no more the only source of economy instead the information and technology took over. The investment in the( IT) field became one of the most fields that generates income and that makes a real economical development, which is rare in most of the developing countries including Syria .

We have tried from this research to show the importance of investment in the human resources ,and the Information technology situation in Syria . Nevertheless we have noticed that it has done a considerable development in many important fields like the under graduate education (Pre-university stage),but there are still more to be done.
