التدريب ودوره في زيادة القدرة التنافسية "دراسة تطبيقية على شركات التأمين الخاصة في الساحل السوري"

Abstract

يتناول البحث موضوع التدريب في شركات التأمين الخاصة العاملة في الساحل السوري, حيث يوضّح أهمّ العوامل المؤثّرة في بناء استراتيجية تدريبية متكاملة لشركات التأمين  الخاصة وذلك من أجل تعزيز قدراتها التنافسيّة في السوق السورية.

مع عرض للعلاقة التي تربط بين التدريب والتعلُّم ودورهما في خلق كفاءات جديدة تمنح المنظّمة الميزة التنافسية.

تمّت الدراسة الميدانية على فروع شركات التأمين الخاصة كافة في محافظتي اللاذقية وطرطوس, ومن أجل تحقيق أهداف  الدراسة تمّ توزيع استبيان خُصص لهذا الغرض, ومن ثَمّ تحليل الإجابات الواردة باستخدام بعض الأساليب الإحصائية المناسبة عن طريق البرنامج الإحصائي SPSS.

وخُتم البحث بتقديم مجموعة نتائج تمّ التوصّل إليها من خلال الدراسة السابقة, مع عرض لبعض المقترحات, يمكن أن تساعد في التغلُّب على نقاط الضعف التي ظهرت في استراتيجيات التدريب المتّبعة لدى شركات التأمين الخاصة.

This research deals with the training issue in private insurance companies working in the coastal region of Syria. It shows the most important factors affecting in building up on integrative training strategy of insurance companies to reinforce their competitive abilities in Syrian market. It also shows the relation between training and learning and their role in creating new competences to give the organization a competitive feature. Afield study took place in all the branches of the private insurance companies in Lattakia and Tartoos. A questionnaire has been administered to achieve the goals of this study, and analyze the answers using some suitable statistical techniques by SPSS. The research ends in presenting a set of results with some proposals that may help overcome the weaknesses that have emerged in the training strategies used by these companies.
