الشراكة السورية الأوروبية ودورها في نقل التكنولوجيا

Abstract

يهدف هذا البحث إلى إبراز أهمية الشراكة السورية الأوروبية في تحقيق المزايا الاقتصادية الهامة لسورية, لاسيما عن طريق دور هذه الشراكة في نقل التكنولوجيا, وعرض الواقع الراهن لعملية نقل التكنولوجيا في سورية, وصولاً إلى اختيار التكنولوجيا الملائمة لسورية, من خلال التفضيل بين أنواع مختلفة للتكنولوجيات المقترحة, وبما يؤدي إلى بناء قاعدة تكنولوجية وطنية تعمل على رفع المستوى التكنولوجي السوري, وعلى حل المشاكل والعقبات التي تعترض تطوير الاقتصاد الوطني. وذلك من خلال التطرق أولاً إلى إبراز أهمية التكنولوجيا في مجالات الحياة المختلفة, ودور عملية نقل وتوطين التكنولوجيا فيما لو تمت بالشكل الصحيح, في تحقيق التنمية, وذلك من خلال تسليط الضوء على مفهوم التكنولوجيا وأنواعها وأساليب نقلها, ومن ثم إظهار الأهمية الاقتصادية لعملية نقل التكنولوجيا.

This research aims to highlight the importance of Syrian European partnership for economic merits important for Syria, particularly through partnership role in technology transfer, and view the current reality of the process of technology transfer in Syria, to choose the appropriate technology for Syria, through competing between different types of proposed technologies, leading to building a national technological base on Syrian technological upgrading, and to solve problems to the development of national economy. Through addressing first to highlight the importance of technology in various ranges of life, and the role of the technology transfer process with if properly, in development by highlighting the concept of technology and the types and methods of transfer, and then shows the economic importance of the technology transfer.
