سوق دمشق للأوراق المالية بين الواقع والمعوقات

الملخص

تحتل السوق المالية في أي اقتصاد أهمية بالغة في تحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية وذلك من خلال دورها في إيجاد مصادر التمويل وتنظيم الآلية التي يتم بها الاكتتاب على الأوراق المالية وإصدارها ويعد سوق دمشق للأوراق المالية من الأسواق المالية العربية الرائدة . وعلى الرغم من الأزمة السورية الراهنة إلا أنها حافظت على مستوى جيد من الأداء رغم ضعف الإمكانات وقلة عدد الشركات المدرجة ,وبالرغم من ذلك تواجه السوق العديد من المعوقات المختلفة التي تحد من أدائها وكل هذه المعوقات هي صعوبات يمكن تجاوزها وإيجاد حلول تزيد من مشاركة السوق في التنمية الاقتصادية .

وفي هذا البحث تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي للتعرف على السوق المالي وسوق دمشق للأوراق المالية من خلال التقارير التي تصدرها البيانات هيئة الأوراق المالية وخلص البحث إلى محدودية الدور الذي تلعبه السوق في عملية التنمية الاقتصادية وان عدم تنوع الأوراق المالية يحرم الشركات من إيجاد مصادر تمويل إضافية لتمويل لاستثماراتها ,وأن كل المعوقات التي تواجه سوق دمشق للأوراق المالية يمكن تجاوزها , وأن الاهتمام بالسوق المالي من شأنه رفع معدل النمو الاقتصادي .

Securities and in spite of the current Syrian events the security maintained on  good level of performance despite the lack of the listed companies and that cause to lack of diversity although this security experience many obstacles but it can be solved and that lead to increasing the participation of this security in the economic development.

In this research was rely on the curriculum descriptive analytical get to know the market financial market Damascus Securities through reports issued by the data of the securities and concluded search to the limited role played by the market in the process of economic development and not the variety of securities denied companies of finding the sources of funding  their investment and that all the constraints facing the market can be exceeded and attention to the market and that would raise the economic growth rate.
