أثر عدم التأكد البيئي على استخدام المقاييس غير المالية في تقييم الأداء دراسة ميدانية على الشركات الصناعية السورية

Abstract

وصلت العديد من الدراسات السابقة إلى نتائج مختلفة حول درجة انتشار استخدام المقاييس غير المالية في تقييم الأداء, وتحاول هذه الدراسة أن تفسر هذا التباين بافتراض أنه كلما زادت درجة عدم التأكد البيئي كلما زاد مدى استخدام المقاييس غير المالية في تقييم الأداء, حيث قامت الدراسة بتحليل بيانات من عينة من الشركات الصناعية السورية لاختبار هذا الفرض باستخدام نموذج الانحدار البسيط والارتباط, وتوصلت الدراسة إلى وجود تأثير معنوي لعدم التأكد البيئي المدرك على مدى استخدام المقاييس غير المالية في تقييم الأداء, وقد أوصت الدراسة بتوجيه الباحثين نحو دراسة أثر عوامل أخرى على استخدام المقاييس غير المالية.

Several previous research studies have reported mixed results concerning the extent of nonfinancial measures usage, This paper makes a contribution to this area by proposing the relationship between   environmental uncertainty and the extent of  nonfinancial measures usage in performance evaluation, It analyses data from a sample of Syrian manufacturing organizations to test the hypothesis. Simple regression analysis indicates that environmental uncertainty significantly influences the extent of nonfinancial measure usage in performance evaluation. In addition, this study recommended that the researchers should be directed towards studying the effects of other factors on the non-financial measurements usage.
