دراسة تجريبية لأداء نموذج (مجفف شمسي-بيت بلاستيكي) مطوّر لتجفيف التبغ السوري
Abstract
يدرس البحث إمكانية تحسين مردودية عملية تجفيف المنتجات الزراعية في (المجفف الشمسي-بيت بلاستيكي), وذلك بإجراء تعديلات على تصميم المجفف الشمسي, حيث تم توسيع وحدة التخزين الحراري ضمنه, ووضع ساتر عزل حراري فوق السطح الشفاف الزجاجي لتقليل الضياعات الحرارية ليلا, وإضافة مروحة نابذية فوق نفق التجفيف لزيادة سرعة عملية تجفيف أوراق التبغ بزيادة تدفق هواء التجفيف الساخن المار من خلالها. وقد أجريت تجارب تجفيف نماذج من التبغ السوري (البرلي والبصما) في المجفف الشمسي المعدل في مركز أبحاث التبغ في الرميلة في اللاذقية خلال شهر حزيران من عام 2013. حيث تمت عملية التجفيف لنماذج تبغ البرلي والبصما المحميّة بشكل كامل من المطر والحشرات ضمن المجفف الشمسي خلال أربعة أيام لتبغ البرلي وثلاثة أيام لتبغ البصما. وكانت جودة أوراق التبغ المجففة ضمن المجفف الشمسي ونوعيتها جيدة.Downloads
