دراسة أثر محسنات الاحتراق على مسخنات الهواء لدى احتراق الفيول في محطات التوليد البخارية
Abstract
تحدث التآكلات الكيميائية على سطوح أنابيب مسخنات الهواء في المراجل البخارية والناتجة عن تفاعل حمض الكبريت الممدد مع المعدن، خاصة وأن الفيول السوري المستخدم في هذه المراجل يحتوي على نسبة عالية من الكبريت تشكل حوالي5%. لذلك تم البحث في دراسة تقليل هذه التآكلات من خلال تحسين عملية الاحتراق في المراجل البخارية، عن طريق إضافة أوكسيد المغنيزيوم إلى الفيول المستخدم في المراجل البخارية وأثر ذلك على عملية الاحتراق، وفترة خدمة المراجل، وكذلك منع توقفاتها المتكررة. تم في البحث تقدير حالة الرماد، عبر قياس درجة حموضته، ومن خلال فروق الضغط على طرفي مسخن الهواء. وبالنتيجة تخفيف الأثر السلبي الناتج عن احتراق الفيول على مسخنات الهواء المستخدمة في مولدات البخار.
Chemical corrosion occur on the surfaces of the tubes of air heaters located in steam boilers; this results from the reaction between sulphuric acid and metal, since the Syrian fuel used in these boilers includes a high percentage of sulphuric acid, about 5%. So, the main focus of this research is to reduce these corrosions by improving the burning process in steam boilers by way of adding of MgO to the fuel used in steam boilers. This study has also examined the impact of this addition on the burning process, the period of boiler service, and the avoidance of frequent stopping. This paper studies the evaluation of dust state by measuring its PH degree and the pressure differences on either side of the air heater. In conclusion, we reduce the negative effect of fuel burning on the air heaters used in steam generators.
