تحليل رقمي ثلاثي الأبعاد باستخدام تقنية CFD لمبادل حراري حلزوني صفائحي مع مقارنة لحالتي الجريان الصفحي والمضطرب
Abstract
تم في هذا البحث استخدام تقنية CFD)) Computational Fluid Dynamics في إجراء تحليل رقمي ثلاثي الأبعاد لتحديد خصائص انتقال الحرارة لمبادل حراري حلزوني صفائحي Plate spiral Heat Exchanger بتغيير خواص الجريان وذلك في حالتي الجريان الصفحي وكذلك الجريان المضطرب بالإستعانة ببرنامج ANSYS FLUENT 12.1.2) ). كما تم إجراء المقارنة بين الحالتين من حيث توزع الضغط الستاتيكي والضغط الديناميكي, وحقل توزع درجات الحرارة الستاتيكية والكلية للمائع البارد والمائع الساخن, وأيضاً مخطط السرعة عند شروط عمل محددة, وكذلك تحديد تأثير درجات الحرارة عند مدخل ومخرج المبادل لكلا المائعين على الاستطاعة الحرارية والمردود الحراري حسب طبيعة الجريان (جريان صفحي, جريان مضطرب), بهدف إيجاد القيم المثلى لهذه البارامترات التي تعمل على تحسين أداء المبادلات الحرارية الحلزونية الصفائحية.
In this research, we have used Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) to perform a 3D Numerical Analysis 3D in order to define heat transfer properties for a Spiral Plate Heat Exchanger by changing flow properties in cases of the turbulent flow and laminare flow by using ANSYS FLUENT 12.1.2 . And, a comparsion has been made between the two cases in terms of static pressure, dynamic pressure, domain distribution of static temperature, total temperature for cold fluid and hot fluid in addition to hat plate at speed of certain working conditions, as well as defining the effect of tempurature at inlet and outlet of Heat Exchangers to both fluids on thermal capacity and thermal yield according to nature flow (turbulent flow, laminare flow), on parpose of finding the best values for parameters wich work to improve the efficiency of Plate Spiral Heat Exchangers.
