استخدام تقنية CFD في نمذجة ومحاكاة ثلاثية الأبعاد لتحديد كفاءة مبادل حراري حلزوني صفائحي في حالة الجريان المضطرب
Abstract
تم في هذا البحث استخدام تقنية CFD)) Computational Fluid Dynamics لإجراء نمذجة ومحاكاة ثلاثية الأبعاد لمبادل حراري حلزوني صفائحي Plate spiral Heat Exchanger باستخدام برنامج ANSYS) ) الباقة الخاصة بالتعامل مع جريانات الموائع(FLUENT) . حيث تم إيجاد مخطط توزع السرعة وحقل الضغط وتوزع درجات الحرارة عند شروط عمل محددة في حالة الجريان المضطرب, وتحديد تأثير طبيعة الجريان على هذه البارامترات. بالإضافة لتأثير درجات الحرارة عند المدخل والمخرج للمبادل لكل من المائع البارد والمائع الساخن على كل من المردود الحراري, والاستطاعة الحرارية من ثم كفاءة المبادل الحراري الحلزوني.
In this research we have used Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) to perform a 3D Modeling and Simulation for a Spiral Plate Heat Exchanger by using (ANSYS) software to deal with (FLUENT). The graph or speed distribution and pressure and the changes of tempurature was created in certain working conditions in the turbulent flow, and identify the nature of this flow on these parameters, in addition to the effects of temperature at the inlet and outlet of exchanger for both of the cold fluid and hot fluid on both of heat yield, thermal capacity and so the efficiency of the exchanger.
