دراسة أثر مقاومات الترسب الناتجة عن المياه المعبأة في المرافئ السورية في المبادلات الحرارية اللوحية على متن السفن
Abstract
ناقشنا في هذه الدراسة أثر مقاومة الترسبات المتشكلة في سطوح المبادلات اللوحية المركبة على السفن التجارية، وذلك عند استخدام مياه معبئة في المرافئ السورية من مصادر مختلفة ذات مواصفات مختلفة، وقمنا بالتحقق من صلاحية نموذج لتوصيف سلوك الترسبات للحالة المدروسة، وصولاً إلى مجموعة من الاستنتاجات والتوصيات حول استخدام المياه المناسبة في المبادلات الحرارية اللوحية في السفن. بنتيجة الدراسة تبين أن المياه المعبأة من مياه السن هي الأفضل للاستخدام على السفن، كونها تحوي على أقل نسبة من الشوارد القابلة للترسب على سطوح التبادل الحراري في المبادلات المذكورة. In this study we have discussed the effect of fouling resistance in marine plate heat exchangers in commercial ships, when using bottled water in Syrian ports from different courses with different specifications. We have also verified the validity of a model for describing behavior of fouling in the studied case, reaching a number of conclusions and recommendations concerning the use of the appropriate water for marine plate heat exchangers.Downloads
