إمكانيات تحسين أداء محرك السفينة اعتماداً على ديناميكية الإصدار الحراري في الأسطوانة من خلال تحليل المخطط البياني
Abstract
أثبتت الدراسات أن المخطط البياني للضغط العامل في أسطوانة المحرك البحري يمكن أن يعطي معلومات كثيرة ليس فقط عن الضغط بأنواعه، وإنما عن عدد كبير من المقادير المفيدة في تحسين أداء المحرك، ولهذا نحاول في هذا البحث دراسة المؤشرات التي تؤدي إلى إكمال الصورة الفيزيائية لدورة العمل. تتمثل هذه المحاولة في استخدام موديل رياضي شامل وعميق للحصول على تلك المؤشرات واستخدامها لتكوين صورة واضحة عن دورة العمل اعتماداً على ديناميكية الإصدار الحراري في الأسطوانة، سعياً لتحسين الأداء وتحقيق استثمار فني أفضل وأكثر اقتصاديةً نصل بالنتيجة إلى جملة من الاستنتاجات والتوصيات التي تساعد عند اعتمادها على الحصول على مواصفة أكمل لدورة العمل وبدقة عالية للعملية الحسابية. Studies have proven that the indicatingpressure chart of marine engine cylinder can providemany information not only about pressure, but also about a large number of parameters that are useful in enhancing engine performance. Therefore, in this research paper, we attempt to study the indicators that complete the physical image of the work cycle. This attempt uses an elaborate and comprehensive mathematical model for obtaining and using these parameters in order to form a clear image of the work cycle based on the dynamics of heat release in the cylinder, for the purposes of enhancing performance and achieving a more efficient, more economical mechanical operation. As a result we will reach a number of conclusions and recommendations which,upon being approved and used, can help to achieve with great mathematical accuracy a more optimized characteristic of the work cycle.Downloads
