تأثير عضلات الطرف السفلي في تغيرات زاوية الركبة في المستوي السهمي للمصابين بالتناذر الفخذي الداغصي
Abstract
الهدف من هذا البحث دراسة تأثير تغير النشاط الكهربائي لعضلات الطرف السفلي في حركة مفصل الركبة خلال المشي للمصابين بتناذر فخذي داغصي. تم قياس المخطط الكهربائي للعضلات الأمامية والخلفية للفخذ، وعضلة الساق الخلفية بالكترودات سطحية، وتمّ أيضاً قياس تغيّر زاوية الركبة باستخدام المقياس الزاوي الكهربائي المرن. ولتحديد بداية دورة المشي ونهايتها، استخدمنا حساسات للضغط على أسفل القدم، وتمت معالجة الإشارة الملتقطة في برنامج الماتلاب. أجريت القياسات في مختبر الميكانيك الحيوي في مشفى حاميش بدمشق، وشملت الدراسة مجموعتين من العينات، المجموعة الأولى46 شخصاً سليماً، والمجموعة الثانية 21 شخصاُ مريضاً بتناذر فخذي داغصي. وبينت النتائج وجود تأثير لمرض التناذر الفخذي الداغصي في زاوية مفصل الركبة. أما تأثير تلك العضلات في الركبة فيمكن القول إن الركبة المريضة تبدأ دورة المشي بدون انقباض أولي؛ ولهذا يخفف من القيمة الأعظمية لنشاط عضلة الساق، وكذلك العضلة الخلفية للفخذ، أما العضلة الأمامية للفخذ فيقل نشاطها لتحافظ على بسط مفصل الركبة. وفي طور التأرجح تخفف الركبة من انقباضها الثاني، وتعتمد على زيادة في نشاط العضلة الأمامية في كامل زمن ذلك الطور، أما العضلة الخلفية للفخذ فإن نشاطها يزيد لتحافظ على استقرار مفصل الورك استجابة لزيادة نشاط العضلة الأمامية للفخذ، ولكن يبقى نشاط العينات المريضة في كامل دورة المشي أقل من النشاط للعينات الطبيعية.Downloads
