دراسة إمكانية استخدام الحصويات المعاد تدويرها من ناتج هدم البيتون RCA في تصميم الخلطات الإسفلتية الحارة HMA
Abstract
إن إعادة استخدام الحصويات المعاد تدويرها من ناتج هدم البيتون RCA كبديل عن الحصويات الطبيعية NA في الرصف الطرقي سوف يقلل من الطلب على المصادر الطبيعية بالتوازي مع التقليل من كميات النفايات المنتشرة والمتزايدة يومياً في المكبات أو التي ترمى على أطراف المدن والتي أصبحت تشكل تهديداً خطيراً على البيئة . تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى البحث في إمكانية استخدام الحصويات المعاد تدويرها من ناتج هدم البيتون RCA كبديل عن الحصويات الطبيعية في إنتاج الخلطات الإسفلتية الحارة HAMللطرق ذات الحمل المروري المتوسط عبر تصميم خلطات إسفلتية حارة بطريقة مارشال بنسب مختلفة من الحصويات المعاد تدويرها هي 0-25 -50 –75-100%)) وبنسب بيتومين((4.5 – 5 - 5.5 – 6 -6.5 % ومن ثم دراسة خصائصها .أعطت الخلائط التي تحوي نسباً من الحصويات المعاد تدويرها مقدارها 0- 50% من مجموع الحصويات الطبيعية نتائج أفضل من حيث الثبات والانسياب وأظهرت ديناميكية في التجاوب مع طريقة الخلط والتجهيز في القوالب . Re-using of recycled concrete aggregates RCA from construction and demolition wastes in pavement sector will reduce the demand for the natural resources as well as reduce the large quantities of wastesthat increasing day by dayeither in landfills or around the cities,which become a serious threat on the environment. This study aims to research the possibility of using the RCA as aggregates in hot asphalt mixes HAM formedium traffic roadsby preparing hot asphalt samples with different percent of RCA :( 0-25-50- 75 – 100% ) and different percent of bitumen contents( 4.5-5-5.5-6-6.5 %) then determine the Volumetric and mechanical properties resulting from the Marshall mix design method. The results indicated that the mixes with 0-50% RCA of total aggregates show better values ofstability, flow and dynamic responding to processing method of mixing and preparation in the mold.Downloads
