الحساب الحراري لمحرك تحريضي ثلاثي الطور باستخدام التمثيل الحراري المكافئ
Abstract
يقدم هذا البحث شرحاً مفصلاً عن أهم الطرائق التي نستطيع بوساطتها التقليل من الضياعات الأساسية في المحركات التحريضية وتحسين أداء عملها.
تمت دراسة الضياعات المختلفة في المحرك التحريضي ثلاثي الطور, وبشكل أساس المغناطيسية وكيفية التخفيف من قيمتها عن طريق التحكم بمجموعة معاملات متعلقة بنوعية المواد الفعالة المستخدمة في بناء المحرك. كذلك يتطرق البحث إلى طريقة أخرى في تحسين أداء المحرك عن طريق عملية التبادل الحراري بين أجزاء المحرك والوسط الخارجي وذلك عن طريق تمثيل هذا المحرك بدارة حرارية (مخطط حراري مكافئ) , واعتماداً على هذا المخطط تم وضع جملة من المعادلات الجبرية الخطية تحوي على متغيرات يمكن برمجتها , تتعلق بنوعية المواد الفعالة والعازلة المستخدمة في بناء المحرك والأبعاد التصميمية له بحيث نخفف من درجة حرارة المحرك ونحسن من مردوده .
We prove in our recent research a clear discussion about the most important methods by which we can decrease the basic loss-in the induction motors, and improve their efficiency
Different losses were studied ,originally the basic magnetic losses, to find the optimal way of its reduction using special controlling parameters in the kind of an insulating materials used in that designed motors. Also we studied in our work the way of improving the motors efficiency by thermal exchange method between the motors part and the external medium, by modeling thermal motors with an thermal circuit. to achieve this, we used especial linear algebraic equations which contain programmable parameters. Choosing the above mentioned insulating materials and motors- parts-dimension could help us to decrease the amount of motors temperature, and increase their efficiency.
