نعلات لجام جديدة للسكك الحديدية
Abstract
يتضمن هذا البحث تقديم أنموذجاً جديداً من نعلات اللجام للأدوات المحركة والمتحركة في السكك الحديدية (قاطرات ـ عربات نقل الركاب ـ شاحنات نقل البضائع ) يقوم هذا النموذج على غرفنة حديد الصب الأبيض أي معالجته حرارياً لحين حدوث تفكك للسمنتيت مما يسمح بالحصول على بنية بلورية جديدة لحديد الصب ذات مقاومة عالية للتآكل والتشقق الحراري, كما إنه يضاعف من عمرها الفني ويوفر وقتاً كبيراً كان يصرف لأعمال الصيانة والإصلاح، كما و يزيد من عامل السلامة والآمان على شبكة السكك الحديدية.
وقد تمت مقارنة النتائج التجريبية لمعامل الاحتكاك باستخدام هذا النوع الجديد من النعلات مع القيم الحسابية الحاصلة باستخدام العلاقات الرياضية المعتمدة وأعطت النتائج المرضية التي تسمح باستخدامها على شبكة الخطوط الحديدية.
This search introduces new model of brake shoes for railway rolling stocks and locomotive tracks (locomotives, passengers wagons and cargos).
This new model seeks to graphite white iron-cast, which means treating it thermally until cementite decomposes. It allows obtaining a new crystalline structure of cast, which has high resistance against wearing and heat cracks, increases the life service of break shoes, and increases safety factor on railways.
The empirical results of friction coefficient, obtained from using this new kind of break shoes, were compared with arithmetic values obtained from approved mathematical relations, and it shows that this kind of brake shoes can be used on railway system.
