النمذجة والمحاكاة للأخطاء الحركية في المسننات الدودية وطرق تصحيحها
Abstract
تصف هذه الدراسة عمليات قياس مصادر الخطأ في المسننات الدودية , وتقييم تأثيرها من خلال تطوير نموذج حاسوبي من أجل محاكاة سلوك هذه المسننات , ولهذا الغرض تم تصنيع العديد من المسننات الاختبارية , ثم جرت مراقبة العملية من خلال عمليات قياس منظمة ضمن مراحل متعددة باستخدام بعض الأجهزة والمعدات ذات الحساسية والدقة العالية.
وتمت كتابة برنامج على الحاسب لتمثيل خواص هذه المسننات وأزواج المسننات الدودية ضمن شروط عمل مختلفة, وذلك بهدف كشف مصادر الأخطاء فيها , وتحسين سلوك عمل هذه المسننات. وتم التأكد من هذه الاختبارات اعتماداً على معدات لقياس الدقة الدورانية للمحاور الداخلة والخارجة تحت تأثير حمولة عزم الفتل.
This Study Describes The Measurement of Error Sources in Worm Gears and Evaluating Their Effects by Developing a Computer-Model to Simulate The Behaviour of These Gears. Test Gears Were Manufacturing The Process Was Monitored by Systematic Measurements Through Various Steps Using Specific Instruments With a High Sensitivily and Accuracy.
A Computer – Program Was Written to Simulate The Program of These Gears (in Pairs) in Different Working Conditions to Figure Out The Error Sources and to Improve The Behaviour of These Gears. These Tests Were Inspected Using Measuring Instruments For The Rotationl Accuracy of The Interal and External Under The Effects of Torsional Moment.
