تخطيط المنشآت الصناعية باستخدام دالّة متعددة الأهداف
Abstract
يتناول هذا البحث مشكلة تخطيط المصانع بتركيز خاص على إنجاز مشاريع إعادة التخطيط والتي تنتج عن الطريقة المثالية وهي التبادل بطريقة الأزواج. وقد تم استخدام دالة متعددة الأهداف وأدمجت في طرق الحل وهي تتكون من قيمة الانخفاض في كلفة مناولة المواد والتغيير في رأس المال المطلوب لانجاز مشاريع إعادة التخطيط والذي سنطلق عليه مردود المشروع وهو بمثابة مقياس لاقتصادية المشروع. وقد تم تشكيل هذه الدالة لزيادة مردود المشروع إلى الحد الأعظمي والذي يعد المعيار الاقتصادي للربح وذلك بزيادة الانخفاض في قيمة الكلفة وتخفيض رأس المال المطلوب.
أخذت بعين الاعتبارثلاث طرق لاختبار ثلاث حالات مختلفة لمشكلة التخطيط، الطريقتان الأولى والثانية كان قد تم تطويرهما من قبل، بينما تم اقتراح الطريقة الثالثة، وجميع هذه الطرق لها مبادئ مختلفة لمعالجة مشكلة التخطيط. وقد تمت مناقشة نتائج الحالات جميعها.
This search considered the problem of plant layout with special emphasis on the implementation of re-layout projects resulted from the optimization procedure of the pairwise exchange. A multiple objectives function is incorporated into the solution procedure which consists of the value of reduction in materials handling costs and an economic variable of capital and outlay required for implementing the re-layout projects. The function is formulated to maximize the project return which is economic balance of the gain in handling cost by maximizing the reduction of cost value and the minimization of the capital outlay required for the re-layout project. Three methods are considered to test three different cases of the layout problem. Method # 1 and method # 2 were developed before, where method # 3 is proposed. Methods have different concepts and methodologies to handle the layout problem.
