تأثير تطبيق برنامج تدريبي على جودة الأداء التمريضي في قياس مشعر أبغار
Abstract
تعتبر صِحة المُواطن هَدفاً رئيساً لكلِّ أَشكال الرِّعايِّة الصِّحيِّة ، مِما يَنحو بالجهات المُناط بها تَقديم خَدمات الرِّعايِّة الصِّحيِّة الطِّبية و التَّمريضيِّة نَحو تَقديم ما يلزم حِيال ذلك . لكنْ يَتضح منْ مُعايشة الواقع اليومي أنَّه منَ الضَروري تَحسين مستوى أَداء الرِّعايِّة الصِّحيِّة . تُعدّ الخَدمات التَّمريضيِّة منَ المَوارد الرَّئيسيِّة الَّتي تَضمن الوصول إلى مَا تَصبو إليهِ المُجتمعات منْ تَطور و صحة و عافيِّة ، حَيثُ يُشكل التَّمريض العمود الفقري لأية رعايِّة صحيِّة و رُكناً أَساسيّاً منْ أركانها في جميعِ أرجاء العالم ، و عليهِ فإنَّ جودة أدائه في العمل جزء مهم لجودة الرِّعايِّة الصِّحيِّة المُقدمة للمريض . هدفتْ هذه الدِّراسة إلى تحديد تأثير تطبيق برنامج تدريبي على جودة أَداء الممرضات في تطبيق مقياس أبغار في مجمع الأسد الطبي في محافظة حماه . شملت عينة الدِّراسة الَّتي تمَّ اختيارها 30 ممرضة من الممرضات العاملات في قسم إنعاش الوليد . و أَظهرتْ نتائج الدِّراسة تَأَثير البَرنامج التَّدريبي على رَفع نِسبة مشعر الجَودة للأَداء التَّمريضي في تَطبيق مِقياس أبغار حَيثُ بَلغتْ النِّسبة المِئويِّة لمشعر الجَودة للمجموعة التَّجريبيِّة قبلَ تَطبيق البرنامج 57% و بعدَ تطبيق البرنامج مُباشرةً 95% و بعدَ ثلاثة أَشهر 84% ، في حِينْ بَقيتْ النِّسبة المِئويِّة لمشعر الجَودة مُتقاربة لدَّى المجموعة الضَابطة الَّتي لمْ يُطَبق عليها البرنامج التَّدريبي و بَلغتْ قبلَ تطبيق البرنامج 60% و بعدَ تطبيق البرنامج 58% و بعدَ ثلاثة أَشهر 59% مِمَا يَدُّل على عَدم حُدوث أَي تغيير في الأَداء التَّمريضي خَلال المرَاحل الثَّلاث.
Health of citizens considers a prime target for all forms care, which tends approaching entrusted with the provision of medical health care services and nursing towards providing the necessary about it. But it is clear from the experience the daily reality it is necessary to improve the the performance of health care. The nursing services of key resources that will ensure access to the aspirations of the communities of development, health and wellness.
Where nursing is a backbone of any health care and a cornerstone of its corners in all parts of the world, therefore, the quality and performance at work is an important part of the quality of health care provided to the patient.
This study aimed to determine the effect of the application of a training program on the quality of nursing performance in measurement of Apgar scale in complex medical Assad in Hama province. The study sample consisted selected 30 nurses form nurses working in neonatal resuscitation department. The result showed Effect the training program to raise the hairy-quality ratio performance in measur4ement of Apgar scale.
Where the percentage of hairy quality of the experimental group before the application of the program 57%, after the application of the program directly 95%, and after three months 84%, while the percentage remained comparable t5o the control group that were not applied to the training program and stood before the application of the program 60%, after the application of the program 58%, and after three months 59%, which indicates that there is no change in the performance of nursing through three stages.
