فعالية استخدام جرعات منخفضة من البوبيفاكائين للتخدير الشوكي لإجراء تجريف الموثة عبر الإحليل
Abstract
أجريت الدراسة في قسم التخدير والإنعاش في مشفى الأسد وتشرين الجامعيين في عام 2015-2016 وشملت الدراسة 80 مريض من المراجعيين للعيادة البولية في مشفى الأسد وتشرين وتم التنسيق معهم لإجراء تجريف الموثة عبر الإحليل, تم تقسيم المرضى عشوائياً إلى مجموعتين كل مجموعة تضم 40 مريض. المجموعة A : تم إجراء التخدير الشوكي لديهم بجرعة 10 ملغ من البوبيفاكائين مع إضافة 25 مكغ فنتانيل. المجموعة B : تم إجراء التخدير الشوكي بالجرعات الاعتيادية. - هدف الدراسة دراسة إمكانية إجراء جراحة تجريف الموثة عبر الإحليل تحت التخدير الشوكي بجرعات منخفضة من البوبيفاكائين وإمكانية اعتماد هذه الجرعات كبديل عن الجرعات الاعتيادية. والخلاصة: استخدام الفنتانيل مع البوبيفاكائين بجرعات منخفضة (10 ملغ بوبيفاكائين + 25 مكغ فنتانيل) يؤمن تخديرا كافيا مع المحافظة على استقرار هيموديناميكي خلال العمل الجراحي وبأقل اختلاطات ممكنة. This study was carried out in the department of anaesthesia and reanimation at Alassad ,Tishreen university hospitals ,Lattakia ,Syria ,during the year 2015 -2016 ,and included 80 patients undring transurethral resection of the prostate (TURP). Patients were divided into two groups : Patients of group A: recieved spinal anaesthesia by using combination between bupivacain 10mg and fentanyl ( 50mcg). Patients of group B :recieved spinal anaesthesia by using standard doses . The goal of the study : transurethral resection of the prostate (TURP ) can be perfomed under spinal anesthesia with alow dose of bupivacaine , which can be used as an alternative to the standard dose . Conclusion : using low doses Bupivacaine and fentanyl provides an aduqute anaesthesia with stable hymodynamics and less complication for patients undering transurethral resection of the prostate ( TURP ).Downloads
