التسكين بالريمي فنتانيل في التخدير العام في العمليات الجراحية الكبرى
Abstract
أجريت الدراسة في مشفى الأسد الجامعي في اللاذقية في قسم التخدير والإنعاش خلال العام 2006 - 2007 وتضمنت 60 مريضاً خضع كل واحد منهم لعملية جراحية كبرى تحت التخدير العام باستخدام الريمي فنتانيل .
وكانت نتائج الدراسة على النحو الآتي:
- لم تحدث أية حالة ارتكاس للتنبيب الرغامي .
- حدث بطء قلب جيبي> 45 ن / د عند 9 مرضى بنسبة 15 % .
- حدثت خوارج الإنقباض البطينية عند 6 مرضى بنسبة 10 % .
- حدث انخفاض الضغط الانقباضي عند 18 مريضاً بنسبة 30 % .
- حدث التثبيط التنفسي عند الانتهاء من إعطاء جرعة الدفش مباشرة عند 27 مريضاً بنسبة 45%.
This study was carried out in the Department of Anesthesia and Reanimation at ALASSAD University Hospital in Lattakia during the year 2006-2007, and included 60 patients. Every patient had a large operation done under general anesthesia with Remi fentanil.
The results were:
- Zero reaction to the tracheal intubation.
- 9 cases of sinuse pradicardia <45 p/m.
- 18 cases of hypotension.
- 27 cases of respiratory depressant after boluse dose of remifentanyl .
