جنس الأفراد وأثره على كفاءة الأداء الإداري للعاملين بالمؤسسات الرياضية في الجمهورية العربية السورية
Abstract
تحتل الموارد البشرية مكانة هامة بين الموارد التي تحتاجها المؤسسات لتحقيق أهدافها، ذلك لأن المؤسسات لا تستطيع تحقيق أهدافها إلا من خلال العنصر البشري لديها، بل أصبحت كفاءة المؤسسات ونجاحها مرتبط بكفاءة أداء أفرادها. ولذا فإن هذه الدراسة تعنى بالتعرف على أثر جنس العاملين بالمؤسسات الرياضية في الجمهورية العربية السورية على واقع أدائهم الإداري ، وقد استخدامنا المنهج الوصفي بالأسلوب المسحي، والذي طبق على عينة مكونة من(206) إداري يعملون بالمؤسسات الرياضية في محافظتي اللاذقية وطرطوس. وتم التوصل إلى أن متغير الجنس ليس له علاقة بمستوى كفاءة أداء العاملين في المؤسسات الرياضية في الجمهورية العربية السورية. The Human Resources occupies an important place among the institutions which seek to achieve their goals, because institutions can not achieve its goals without the human element, and even the efficiency of institutions and success became related to the performance efficiency of its members So this study is interested to identify the effect of the sex of the employees of sports institutions’ on their actual administrative performance. The descriptive method is used and applied on a sample consisted of (206) administrative employees working in the sports institutions in Lattakia and Tartous governates . The study conclude that there is no relation between the sex variable and the efficiency of the administrative performance of the employees.Downloads
