استقطاب الموارد البشرية في المجال الرياضي من وجهة نظر العاملين في الاتحاد الرياضي العام في الجمهورية العربية السورية
Abstract
The title of the research is “The Attraction of Human Resources in the Sports Field from the Perspective of the Employees of the General Sports Federation in the Syrian Arab Republic. The problem of the research lies in the misunderstanding of the orientations of the employees of the General Sport Federation in the Syrian Arab Republic the importance of human resource management and attracting these resources to develop this organization and achieve its goals. The importance of the research comes from the fact that this research is of great importance for both; the individual, and the organization. The individual is aiming to assume a post and the organization is also aiming for the best one who can occupy this post.
The research aims to explore the reality of the human resources in the General Sports Union. Moreover, understanding the needs of the union to attract these human resources. The researcher composes a hypothesis which states that the employees in the General Sports Federation have various perspectives concerning attracting human resources in the sport field. The research relies on the descriptive methods with the use of scanning technique where the General Sports Federation has been selected as research society. The sample is the fixed employees related to the executive office of the General Sports Federation in addition to other unions and directorates.
البحث بعنوان (استقطاب الموارد البشرية في المجال الرياضي من وجهة نظر العاملين في الاتحاد الرياضي العام في الجمهورية العربية السورية) تتمثل مشكلة البحث بعدم معرفة اتجاهات العاملين في الاتحاد الرياضي العام في الجمهورية العربية السورية لأهمية إدارة الموارد البشرية واستقطاب هذه الموارد للنهوض بالمنظمة وتحقيق أهدافها وتتجلى أهمية البحث بكون البحث مهم لكل من الفرد والمؤسسة حيث أن الفرد يسعى للمنصب والمؤسسة تسعى للحصول على أفضل من يشغل المنصب. ويهدف البحث إلى التعرف على واقع الموارد البشرية في الاتحاد الرياضي العام إضافة لمعرفة حاجة الاتحاد الى استقطب الموارد البشرية، وضعت الباحثة الفرضية التي تنص على أنه لدى العاملين في الاتحاد الرياضي العام وجهات نظر متعددة حول استقطاب الموارد البشرية في المجال الرياضي ويعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي بأسلوب المسح حيث تم اختيار الاتحاد الرياضي العام كمجتمع للبحث وكانت العينة العاملين المثبتين في الاتحاد الرياضي العام التابعين للمكتب التنفيذي إضافة الى الاتحادات والمديريات.
