تقييم الأداء السريري للحشوات التجميلية على الأسنان الخلفية

Abstract

لقد تناولت هذه الدراسة السريرية تقييم الأداء السريري للحشوات التجميلية على الأسنان الخلفية من ناحية الحساسية التالية للترميم, السلامة الحفافية, نكس النخر, التوافق اللوني والإهتراء السطحي. أجريت الدراسة على 110 حالة نخر من الصنف الأول والثاني مقسمة إلى ثلاثة مجموعات حيث تم ترميم حفر المجموعة الأولى
(37 حالة) باستخدام الكومبوزيت, حفر المجموعة الثانية (37 حالة) باستخدام الاسمنت الزجاجي الشاردي والمجموعة الأخيرة (36 حالة) باستخدام الكومبومير وجرى تقييم الأداء السريري لهذه المواد المرممة بعد مرور ستة أشهر, عام وعام ونصف على الترميم وفق معايير محددة عالمية تم اعتمادها.

تظهر نتائج الدراسة أن الأداء السريري للحشوات التجميلية كان جيداً في الحفر السنية الصغيرة الحجم وفي المجموعة الأولى والثالثة أفضل منه في المجموعة الثانية. وفي الخلاصة إن نجاح الترميمات التجميلية على الأسنان الخلفية يعتمد على حجم الحفرة السنية, مدى عناية المريض بالصحة الفموية ومقدار الجهود الإطباقية المطبقة على الترميم.

A clinical study containing (110 ) class I and II carious teeth was divided into three groups to evaluate post-operative  sensitivity, marginal integrity, secondary aeries, color match, and wearing the teeth. In group 1, ( 37 ) were restored by using composite, whereas in  group 2 by using glass ionomer,  and in  group 3,  ( 36 ) by using compomer.

The results showed that clinical performance was better in the small cavities of the first and third groups than of the second group. In conclusion, successful esthetic restorations on the posterior teeth depend on the size of cavity, oral hygiene, and compressive strength.
