تأثر المواد الرابطة على الحساسية التالية للترميم في حشوات الكمبوزيب ( دراسة مقارنة )

Abstract

تهدف الدراسة إلى معرفة تأثير الأنظمة الرابطة الذاتية التخريش والكاملة التخريش في حشوات الكمبوزيت على الحساسية التالية للترميم تجاه البرودة .

شملت الدراسة 125 حفرة سنية من الصنف الأول على الأرحاء العلوية والسفلية تعود إلى 60 مريض . قُسمت الحفر السنية إلى مجموعتين :

المجموعة الأولى: وتضمنت ( 60 ) حفرة سنية طُبقت فيها المادة الرابطة الذاتية التخريش ذات المرحلة الوحيدة مع راتينج مركب من نوع EVOLU –X

المجموعة الثانية: وتضمنت ( 65 ) حفرة سنية طُبقت فيها المادة الرابطة الكاملة التخريش وراتينج مركب من نوع  EVOLU –X

-  جرى تقييم الحساسية للبرودة في كلتا المجموعتين خلال فترات زمنية محدوده7 أيام ، 15 يوم ، ستة أشهر وعام على وضع الترميم.

-  أظهرت النتائج أن النظام الرابط ذاتي التخريش أظهر حساسية أقل تجاه البرودة بالمقارنة مع النظام الرابط  كامل التخريش خلال الأسبوعين الأوليين التاليين للمعالجة الترميمية ، ولكن مع مرور الوقت لم نجد أي فروق جوهرية تذكر بين النظامين من جهة الحساسية تجاه البرودة .

 

The purpose of this study is to conduct the relationship between dentin bonding systems ( self etch and total etch ) and postoperative sensitivity to cold.

125 cavities class II were prepared in molars and divided into two groups .

- First Group : ( 60 ) cavities of the one step self etch bonding with EVOLU-X composite resin were used.

- Second Group: ( 65 ) cavities of the total etch bonding agent with EVOLU-X composite resin were used.

The results should less postoperative sensitivity to cold in self etch bonding at 2 weeks were restorated   but no significant  difference between two groups at 6 and 12 moths.
