دراسة آلية التحرر من مضغوطات مطولة التأثير حاوية على (ديكلوفيناك الصوديوم)

Abstract

تم في هذا البحث دراسة صيغتين مختلفتين لمضغوطتين مطولتي  التأثير حاويتين على ديكلوفيناك الصوديوم، و قد شملت الدراسة فحوص تجانس الوزن و القساوة و فحص الانحلال في أوساط مختلفة محددة في دستور الأدوية الأمريكيUSP XXVI و هي : حمض كلور الماء 0.1 M (درجة حموضته مشابهة لحموضة المعدة ) و وقاء أسيتات درجة حموضته 4.6 و وقائين فوسفاتيين درجة حموضة أحدهما 6.8 و الآخر 7.5

بينت الدراسة أن المضغوطتين قاومتا التحرر في وسطي حمض كلور الماء و وقاء الأسيتات، و هو ما يشير إلى أن مولد الفيلم المعوي المستخدم لا يذوب فيهما، و تحررت كمية بسيطة في الوقاء الفوسفاتي الأول، أما في الوسط المكون من الوقاء الفوسفاتي الثاني فكان التحرر منتظماً و مستمراً خلال ساعات الدراسة، و لذلك تمت إعادة إجراء فحص الانحلال في وسط درجة حموضته 7.2 و لمدة عشر ساعات، وبالنتيجة  تبين أن كلا الشكلين قد حرر أكثر من 80% من محتواها من المادة الفعالة، و هو ما يتوافق مع الشروط المطلوبة وذلك كما تحدده الشركة المصنعة لمولدات الأفلام المستخدمة في التلبيس (لا توجد شروط دستورية).

In this study, two sustained release tablet forms containing sodium diclofenac were studied. The study included the examination of weight uniformity, hardness test, and dissolution test in several media specified by the United States Pharmacopoeia (USP).

The study revealed that the two tablets resisted the release in both HCL medium and acetate buffer, which indicates that the enteric film former used doesn’t dissolve in both of them, as small amount was released in the first phosphate buffer, while in the second phosphate buffer we found that the release was regular and continuous during the study, so the dissolution test was changed by phosphate buffer medium of 7.2 pH for 10 hours, and as a result we found that the two forms released more than 80 % of their content of the active ingredient, which is in consistence with the pharmacopoeial conditions.
