متلازمة الصدر الحاد لدى مرضى الداء المنجلي
Abstract
أجريت الدراسة في مشفى الأسد الجامعي باللاذقية, وقد تضمنت الدراسة خمسين مريضا"مصابا" بالداء المنجلي تم قبولهم في قسم العناية المشددة خلال الفترة الممتدة من 1 \ 4\ 2008 وحتى 1 \ 4 \ 2009 بحالة متلازمة صدر حاد. كان عمر المرضى يتراوح بين (22-36) سنة (26 ذكر -24 أنثى) أسباب متلازمة الصدر الحاد الأكثر شيوعا" كانت : الإنتان, الصمة الشحمية .
اعتمد التشخيص على الأعراض والعلامات السريرية, الموجودات المخبرية والشعاعية.
الوسائل العلاجية المستخدمة كانت: الصادات الحيوية مع الإماهة, التسكين, نقل الدم, تبديل الدم, التنفس الميكانيكي, الهيدروكسي يوريا.
This study was performed at Alassad University Hospital in Lattakia. It included 50 patients with SCD admitted to ICU for ACS from 1\4\2008 to 1\4\2009. The age of patients was (22-36) years (26 males, 24 females). The causes of ACS were infection and fat embolism. The diagnosis was made depending on clinical symptoms and signs, laboratory and radiological findings. Several therapeutic steps were also used: antibiotics, rehydration, sedation, blood transfusion, blood change, mechanical ventilation, and hydroxy urea.
