دراسة مقارنة للفعالية التخديرية بين الأرتيكائين هيدروكلوريد والليدوكائين هيدروكلوريد في إحصار العصب السنخي السفلي عند مرضى القلع السني.
Abstract
أُجريت هذه الدراسة من أجل مقارنة الفعالية التخديرية، لكل من الأرتيكائين هيدروكلوريد 4% مع الإبينفرين1:100,000 , والليدوكائين هيدروكلوريد 2% مع الإبينفرين1:100,000 ، في إحصار العصب السنخي السفلي وقلع الأسنان السفلية.
شملت هذه الدراسة السريرية المضبوطة مفردة التعمية العشوائية 240 مريضاً. المعلومات المتعلقة بمتغيرات الدراسة (ظهور الفعل التخديري, عمق التخدير, واستمرارية الفعل التخديري), بالإضافة إلى الأعراض الجانبية للمخدر المحقون تمّ جمعها, تسجيلها، وتحليلها إحصائياً.
اقترحت النتائج التي تم الحصول عليها أن الأرتيكائين هيدروكلوريد 4% مع الإبينفرين 1:100,000يُقدم أداءاً سريرياً أفضل من الليدوكائين هيدروكلوريد 2% مع الإبينفرين 1:100,000، بخاصة فيما يتعلق بظهور الفعل التخديري, واستمرارية الفعل التخديري، على أية حال, لم يتم تسجيل فروق دالة إحصائياً، فيما يتعلق بعمق التخدير بين المحلولين.
This study is conducted to compare the anesthetic efficacy of 4% articaine hydrochloride with 1:100.000 epinephrine and 2% lidocaine hydrochloride with1:100.000 epinephrine for inferior alveolar never block and extraction of mandibular teeth.
240 patients were included in this randomized single-blind control clinical trial. Data concerning study variables (onset, depth, and duration) and side effects of injetctable anesthetic were evaluated, recorded and statistically analyzed.
The results obtained suggest that 4% articaine HCL with 1:100.000 epinephrine offers better clinical performance than 2% lidocaine HCL with 1:100.000 epinephrine particularly in terms of onset and duration of anesthetic effects; however, no statistically significant differences in anesthetic depth were recorded between the two solutions.
