تأثير الستيروئيدات القشرية الانشاقية على البنية العظمية لدى مرضى مشفى الأسد الجامعي في اللاذقية
Abstract
أجريت الدراسة في قسم الأمراض الباطنة لمشفى الأسد الجامعي في اللاذقية خلال العام 2008-2009، وشملت 25 مريضا ومريضة لديهم ربو قصبي مثبت عن طريق قياس وظائف الرئة. تم قياس الكثافة العظمية وفق مقياس z-score في بداية الدراسة وبعد مضي سنة، بعد اجراء التقييم السريري الشامل والتحاليل المخبرية ذات الصلة بالدراسة، وسجلت النتائج كما يلي:
- · لم تسجل أي تبدلات مخبرية عند المرضى مهما كان عدد البخات من الستيروئيدات الإنشاقية.
- · المرضى الذين يأخذون <1000 ميكروغرام في اليوم، ويبلغ عددهم 16 مريضا (%64)، سجل لدى مريضين منهم (%12,5) تغير في قياس z-score.
- · المرضى الذين يتناولون 2000-1000 ميكروغرام في اليوم، ويبلغ عددهم 9 مرضى (%36)، سجل لديهم اضطراب بسيط في قياس z-score .
This study was carried out at the Department of Internal Medicine of AL-ASSAD University Hospital, LATTAKIA, SYRIA during the year 2008-2009, and included 25 patients, with confirmed asthma (confirmed by lung position measurement) According to its degree, bone density was measured by Radiometer of z-score at the beginning of the study, and a year later, complete clinical evaluation, and laboratory examination that have relation to study.
*No laboratory changes at patient were recorded, whatever the puffs of inhaled steroid.
*(16) patients who take less than 1000mcg/day (64%) recorded change at two patients (12,5%) in Z-score. *(9) patients who take 1000-2000mcg/day (36%) recorded change in Z-score.
