الحدود الفيزيولوجية العليا لقيم ضغط العين عند المواطنين في محافظة اللاذقية ذوي الأعمار ≥ 40 سنة
Abstract
ارتفاع الضغط داخل العين يعتبر عامل خطورة هاما في تطور الزرق ويعرف ال (IOP) الطبيعي بأنه الضغط الذي لا يؤدي إلى أذية زرقية في حليمة العصب البصري, ولسوء الحظ من الصعب تحديد رقم معين للضغط الطبيعي داخل العين لأن العيون تختلف في تحملها للضغط لذلك أجرينا دراسة على عينة من سكان محافظة اللاذقية مؤلفة من 800 شخص ممن تتراوح أعمارهم بين 40 ــ 80 سنة لتحديد المعدل الوسطي للضغط الطبيعي الأعظمي وحصلنا على النتائج التالية:
ــ المعدل الوسطي للضغط الأعظمي الطبيعي عند الأعمار بين 40 ــ 80 سنة كانت 20.96 ±.0.012.
ــ ارتفاع المعدل الوسطي لضغط العين الأعظمي عند الأعمار بين 40 ــ 70 سنة.
ــ انخفاض المعدل الوسطي للضغط عند الأعمار > 70 سنة .
ــ معدل ضغط العين الطبيعي الأعظمي أعلى عند الذين يقومون بأعمال فيزيائية مجهدة وعند الناس غير المؤهلين علمياً.
The increase of intraocular pressure is still seen as a very important risk factor for the development of glaucoma.
Normal intra ocular pressure might be defined as that pressure which does not lead to glaucomatous damage of the optic nerve head. Unfortunately, it is difficult to put precise numerical terms of the normal (IOP), since all eyes differ in their tolerence pressure.
We made a survey on a group of /800/ Lattakian people whose ages between 40-80 years, to detect the average of normal (IOP), as a result we found, out that:
-The normal average of IOP in ages between 40-80 was about 20.96 ± 0.012 mm/hg.
-An increasing of the normal average of (IOP) in ages between 40-70 years.
-A decreasing of the normal average of (IOP) in ages more than 70 years.
-The normal average of (IOP) is higher in those who work hard and those with little learning.
