دراسة سببية للاختلاجات في مرحلة الوليد
Abstract
شملت الدراسة 46 وليدا" عانوا من اختلاجات وقبلوا في قسم الحواضن في مشفى الأسد الجامعي باللاذقية للعام2002-2003 كان منهم 63%خدج ,37% في تمام الحمل .
سيطرت الاختلاجات المخففة والمقوية عند الخدج بنسبة 27.5% لكل منهما, في حين سيطرت الاختلاجات الرمعية العضلية والمخففة عند حديثي الولادة الذين هم في تمام الحمل بنسبة 35.2% للأولى 29.4% للثانية.
وجدنا أن مسببات الاختلاج هي التالية:
1-اعتلال الدماغ بنقص الأكسجة الاقفاري

2-الانتانات الجرثومية ضمن القحف
21.7%
3-النزف ضمن البطينات
13%
4-نقص سكر الدم
8.7%
5-نقص كلس الدم
8.7%
6-نقص مغنزيوم الدم
2.2%
7-النزف تحت العنكبوتي
2.2%
8-كسور الجمجمة الانخسافية
2.2%
The research was carried out on 46 neonates who had seizures and were admitted to the division of neonatology at AL-Assad University Hospital in Lattakia between 2002-2003,63%of them were prematures, and 37% full-term.
Subtle and tonic seizures were the most predominant among prematures at a ratio of 27.5% for each of them.
Myoclonic and subtle seizures were the most predominant among full-term neonates at a ratio 35.2% for the former,and 29.4% for the latter.
We found that the causes were :
1-Hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy
47.8%
2-Bacterial intracranial infections
21.7%
3-Intraventricular hemorrhage
13%
4-Hypoglycemia
8.7%
5-Hypocalcemia
8.7%
6-Hypomagnesemia
2.2%
7-Subarachnoid hemorrhage
2.2%
8-Depressed skull fractures
2.2%
