دراسة التهاب الأمعاء والكولون النخري عند الوليد

Abstract

يبقى التهاب  الأمعاء والكولون النخري من الإصابات الشائعة المكتسبة في وحدة العناية المركزة للوليد  أجريت الدراسة على 27 حالة خلال أربعة أعوام في شعبة الوليد وكانت نسبة حدوث الإصابة  (1.67%) من مجمل  الولدان المقبولين في الشعبة.

لا تزال أكثر عوامل الخطورة المؤهبة للمرض: التغذية الفموية ، الخداجة ، نقص وزن الولادة .

ووجدنا أن إصابة الذكور أعلى من الإناث مع ارتفاع في نسبة إصابة الولدان بتمام الحمل     (14.8%) حيث كان سبب الإصابة لديهم واضحا مع بدء باكر للمرض.

من أكثر التظاهرات الهضمية: تطبل البطن (97%) وإيلام البطن ( 63%), وتبقى العلامات الشعاعية ذات أهمية عالية للشخيص, وقد وصلت نسبة الوفيات إلى (  29.6%).

The NEC is the  most common acquired disease in the neonatal intensive care area, we have    found  27cases of NEC during 4 years, the incidence was 1.67%  of the total number of admissions in neonatal intensive care unit ,The most frequent risk factors: Enteral feeding, prematurity and low birth weight. It was more frequent in male  than female. 14.8% of cases were full term babies with evident causes, and occurred early after birth. The abdominal distension and tenderness were the more frequent digestive manifestations, the abdominal X-ray is very important for diagnosis The mortality still high ; and the death occurred in 29.1% of the cases .
