التهاب المرارة الحاد
Abstract
دراسة واقع تدبير التهاب المرارة الحاد في مشفى الأسد الجامعي في اللاّذقية وذلك في الفترة الواقعة بين 1999 وبين 2004 .
شملت الدراسة 750مريضاُ وتميزت بسيطرة الإناث بنسبة 63% وخاصة بالأعمار تحت سن الخمسين مع سيطرة التهاب المرارة الحاد الحصوي بنسبة 90%.
تضمنت الدراسة الأمور التالية:
1- دراسة الأعراض والعلامات السريريةحيث كان الألم هو العرض الأكثر ظهوراُ100%
2- دراسة الموجودات المخبرية وطرق التشخيص الشعاعي.
3- دراسة التقنيات الجراحية المتبعة،حيث تم استئصال المرارة بشكل كامل بنسبة 91.33% وتم فتح القناة الجامعة بنسبة 12%.
4- دراسة حدوث المضاعفات والاختلاطات.
أكثر المضاعفات حدوثا ُكان الدبيلة المرارية بنسبة4.8% وأكثر الاختلاطات تواتراُ كان إنتان الجرح بنسبة 33.33%.
5- دراسة الأشكال غير الشائعة عن التهاب المرارة الحاد حيث كان أكثرها تواترا التهاب المرارة الحاد النفاخي بنسبة 1.2%.ُ
The study of management of acute cholecystitis in -ALASSAD University Hospital in Lattakia between (1999 -2004).
The study included 750 patients, most of them were female under fifty 63%, with acute calculi cholecystitis 90%:
1. The study of symptoms and clinical features, pain was the most dominant symptom 100%.
2.The study of laboratory findings and scan diagnosis.
3.The study of surgical techniques - complete cholecystomy (91.33%) and opening of CBD in (12%).
4.The study of complications. the complication of most occurrence was the abscess of gall bladder 4.8% and the most frequent complication was the infection of wounds 33.33%.
5. The study of non common acute cholecystitis, emphysematous acute cholecystitis was the most frequent one 1.2%.
